Role Description:
Develop and maintain integrated master schedules incorporating inputs from GCs, vendors, owner departments, IT/telecom, and FF&E providers
Conduct regular site visits (multiple times weekly during construction) to verify physical progress against contractor claims and challenge inconsistencies
Interface with client stakeholders and contractor teams to drive schedule alignment, multi-party coordination, and issue resolution
Coordinate construction activities around operational constraints (24/7 facilities, server rooms, control centers)
Track change orders, schedule impacts, cost monitoring, and budget variance analysis
Support weekly progress updates and monthly formal reports with schedule analytics and risk assessment
Required Qualifications:
5-10 years of project controls, construction management, or owner's representative experience
Hands-on experience on active construction sites ($50M+ projects preferred), particularly Class A office or commercial construction
Strong safety mindset and commitment to site safety (CSO or equivalent training an asset)
Proven ability to work independently in remote/hybrid roles with minimal supervision

Must be willing to relocate to Calgary, AB within 2-3 years
Preferred Qualifications
Owner's representative experience on complex capital projects with mission-critical or 24/7 operational components
Oil & gas or energy sector client experience (corporate facilities, campus developments)
Experience coordinating non-construction elements (FF&E, IT infrastructure, commissioning, move management)
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Familiarity with PMIS platforms (Procore, Aconex) or cost management systems (EcoSys, Prism)
Professional designation (PMI-SP, PSP, PMP, CCT) or working toward certification
